The loyalty card(s) is issued by, and remains the property of Holwood Farm Ltd and can only be used in the Delicatessen and Coffee Shop at Holwood Farm, Yellow Barn, New Road Hill, Keston, Kent, BR2 6AB.
The loyalty card is not a credit or payment card and is for personal use only.
The card, points or benefits cannot be transferred or sold.
1 point is awarded for each full pound spent. Please present your card at the time of payment for the points to be added.
Each point is worth 1p. Points can be redeemed against any purchase in the Delicatessen or Coffee Shop. To do so present your card to the cashier.
Points may be redeemed against the purchase of Gift Vouchers, but not against any other voucher. However, points will not be awarded for the purchase of Gift Vouchers. Points are not awarded on any purchased made with any Gift Voucher.
If the cardholder does not use their card in a twelve month period, the holder will be deemed to have withdrawn from the scheme and unredeemed benefits will be cancelled.
A Reward Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless agreed to by Holwood Farm.
Points have no cash value.
If you forget your card, points can be retrospectively added to the loyalty card by presenting a valid receipt, dated from 1st April 2014 onwards, to the cashier.
In the event of a lost or stolen loyalty card, a new one will be issued with any accrued points being transferred to the new card.
You must inform Holwood Farm of any change of personal details.
Additional cards may be added to a Loyalty Card account up to a maximum of four cards. Points collected across all cards are pooled.
By signing up to the Holwood Farm Loyalty Scheme, you agree for any data collected from the application form or from the use of your loyalty card to be:
- Used to improve the Holwood Farm Loyalty Scheme
- Help us to understand our customers shopping habits to improve our service, products and promotions.
- Unless otherwise indicated, Contact you with special offers, information about products and upcoming events in the form of emails or post.
- Details will not be shared with a 3rd Party
Holwood Farm ltd. reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or alter the scheme at any time.
Cardholders will be advised in advance of any changes to the above terms and conditions.
