Kent is known as "The Garden Of England" - and it's easy to see why. It is a beautiful county, rich with independent business creating wonderful food and drink from what is available right on our doorstep. Here, we introduce you to a few of the people who contribute to the uniquely local offering at Holwood Farm.

Taste of the Weald

James from Taste of the Weald provides us with locally-grown, seasonal fruit and vegetables including many which have been organically produced. From beautiful beets to perfect peppers (and not to mention colourful carrots!), "seasonal" and "local" are the keywords. The selection depends on availability, so if there's something in particular you need, give us a call and we'll do our best to get it for you.

Wooden Spoon

Based nearby at Wye in Kent, The Wooden Spoon is a family-run business with specialises in handmade jams, preserves, compotes, mustards and more. The results are truly individual and distinctive products made with many locally sourced ingredients. One of our favourites is Peach, Apricot and Apple Chutney - with some wonderful Whitstable Bay Ale to add even further to its local credentials.
