Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms
Ingredients
Portobello mushrooms (1 per person)
Olive Branch Sundried Tomato, Feta and Basil Green and Black Olive Tapenade
Cheddar cheese
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
2. Place the mushrooms in a baking tray with the open side up.
3. Spoon some tapenade into each mushroom.
4. Grate over some cheddar cheese.
5. Bake in the oven until the cheese has melted and started to turn golden, around 10 - 15 minutes.
