Ingredients
35ml Warner Edwards Harrington Elderflower Gin
100ml Prosecco
5ml Sugar syrup
10ml Fresh apple juice

Garnish
Small apple wedge.

Glassware
Champagne flute.

Method
Shake gin, sugar syrup and apple juice together and pour into champagne flute then top up with Prosecco.
